摘要目的 了解广州市年轻男男性行为者(young men who have sex with men,YMSM)艾滋病相关知识的影响因素,为该人群艾滋病防控提供依据.方法 2017年5月至11月,采用方便抽样的方法在自愿咨询检测门诊、岭南伙伴及智同公益招募MSM,选取18～24岁的YMSM作为研究对象,采用非条件logistic回归模型分析艾滋病相关知识知晓情况的影响因素.结果 共有365名YMSM纳入分析,研究对象的平均年龄为(22.00±1.64)岁,其艾滋病相关知识的知晓率为76.99％.多因素logistic回归模型结果显示户籍为省外(OR=2.32,95％CI:1.16～4.64),文化程度较低(OR=2.11,95％CI:1.25～3.56)的YMSM艾滋病相关知识知晓情况较差.结论 广州市YMSM艾滋病相关知识的知晓率相对较低,应加强该人群的健康教育,尤其是针对省外户籍和文化程度较低的个体,以提高该人群的艾滋病相关知识的水平.

abstractsObjective To evaluate the awareness of HIV/AIDS knowledge among young men who have sex with men (YMSM) in Guangzhou and to provide evidences for AIDS prevention and control in this group. Methods MSM were recruited from HIV voluntary consulting and testing clinics, Lingnan Partners and Zhitong Charity using a convenience sampling method from May to November, 2017. YMSM aged 18 to 24 years were selected as research subjects. Non-conditional logistic regression model was used to explore the factors associated with the awareness of HIV/AIDS knowledge. Results A total of 365 YMSM were recruited as research subjects. The mean age of the subjects was (22.00±1.64) years old. The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS knowledge was 76.99％. The multiple logistic regression results showed that YMSM who were born in other province (OR=2.32, 95％CI: 1.16-4.64) and with low level of education (OR=2.11, 95％CI: 1.25-3.56) had lower awareness of HIV/AIDS knowledge. Conclusions YMSM in Guangzhou had relative lower awareness of HIV/AIDS knowledge. Targeted health education should be tailored for YMSM, especially for those who were born in other provinces and with low level of education to improve the awareness of HIV/AIDS knowledge.
