摘要目的:深入分析北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会等大型赛事公共卫生保障工作，结合北京冬奥会公共卫生保障工作的成功经验和做法，为今后大型赛事活动的公共卫生保障工作提供参考与借鉴。方法:系统收集北京冬奥会公共卫生保障文件和赛事防控策略，回顾与分析北京冬奥会公共卫生保障管理工作。结果:北京冬奥会公共卫生和疫情防控取得的成效有赖于完善的公共卫生保障体系架构、全面的公共卫生管理要求、明确的工作职责和贯彻落实以及良好的公共卫生对外沟通交流机制。围绕"简约、安全、精彩"的办赛要求，坚持"外防输入、内防反弹"防控策略，及时发现、快速处置、精准管控、有效救治，最大限度防范和控制境外输入疫情，降低传播风险，科学指导针对不同人群、不同场景、不同区域制定可操作性的防控措施，各项防疫控制措施落实到位，圆满完成以防控新冠病毒感染疫情为重点的北京冬奥会公共卫生保障工作。结论:公共卫生保障工作需及早介入大型赛事和活动，既要全面兼顾各项职责，也应突出重点。加强公共卫生与各项保障工作、各类参与方的有效衔接沟通。

abstractsObjective:To analyze in depth the public health support for major events, e.g. Winter Olympic Games and Paralympic Games in Beijing 2022, and to summarize the experiences and measures in practice during the successful public health support for Winter Olympic Games Beijing 2022 so as to provide reference for the public health support for future large sporting events.Methods:The public health support documents as well as prevention and control strategies for Beijing Winter Olympics were collected systematically to review and analyze the public health support management for Beijing Winter Olympics.Results:The success of public health support and prevention and control of epidemics depended on well-organized public health framework, comprehensive public health management requirements, clear duties and implementations and perfect external communication mechanism for public health. According to the requirements as "Simple, Safe and Splendid" for the Games, the prevention and control strategy of "Prevention of Both Imported Epidemics and Internal Rebound" was implemented to achieve timely detection, quick management, accurate quarantine and effective therapy, so as to prevent imported epidemics to the maximum extent, to reduce the risk of transmission, to guide scientifically the formulation of practical prevention and control measures for different groups of people, in different scenarios and in different regions. All epidemic prevention and control measures were implemented and a successfully completion of the public health support focusing prevention and control of COVID-19 infection for the Winter Olympic Games Beijing 2022 was achieved.Conclusions:Public health support should be involved early for large sporting events. Comprehensive responsibilities should be taken with specific focusing on key points. Effective communication of public health issues with other involved supports and teams should be strengthened.
