摘要语言是人类所特有的用来传达信息、交流情感及表达思想意识的工具，其最基本、最重要的形式是用口说的言语。在日常生活中，言语的识别理解能力是判断听觉功能状态最重要的指标，同时人类的听力康复和干预技术均以改善患者的言语识别能力为主要目的。言语测听是以言语信号作为声刺激来检查受试者识别言语能力的听力学检查方法，其结果不仅是重要的临床诊断依据，同时也反映出听力障碍者的残疾程度和社会交往能力。随着相关设备及技术的发展，言语测听技术已呈现出兼顾系统化及实用性的新模式。本文针对普通话言语测听材料的研发与应用进展做一综述。

abstractsLanguage is the unique tool for mankind to exchange information, emotion and ideology, the most basic and important form is the spoken language that usually called speech. In daily life, the speech recognition and comprehension ability is the most important indicator to judge the status of the auditory function. Moreover, the human hearing rehabilitation and intervention techniques are both done for improving the patients' speech recognition ability. Speech audiometry is one kind of audiological examination method which use the speech signals as sound stimulation to examine the subjects' speech recognition ability. The result is not only the important basis for clinical diagnosis, but also relfects the degree of hearing disability and social interaction skills. With the development of related equipment and technology, the speech audiometry skill become a new mode that includes both the systematic and practical. The research development and application of the mandarin speech test materials (MSTMs) was summarized.
