换一批变应原检测方法在变应性鼻炎诊断中的临床意义
Clinical significance of allergen detection in the diagnosis of allergic rhinitis
摘要近年来变应性鼻炎患病率明显上升,已成为上呼吸道的主要慢性炎症性疾病.变应原检测方法对该病的预防、诊断及针对性治疗起关键作用.目前,临床上使用最广的变应原检测方法是皮肤点刺试验和血清特异性IgE检查.现将两种检测方法做一综述,以便临床医师针对变应性鼻炎患者提供更有效的治疗.

abstractsIn recent years,the preverance rate of AR is a clear upward trend.AR has become a main chronic inflammatory disease of upper respiratory tract.Allergen detection method plays a key role in the process of prevention,diagosis and definitive therapy.At preaent,clinically,the most widely used methods include skin prick test and Specific IgE.Because the identification of allergens is significant to the diagnosis,specific immunotherapy and prevention of AR,these two kinds of detection methods will be discussed in order to provide more effective treatment to AR patiennts for clinician.
