摘要食管异物是耳鼻咽喉头颈外科常见的临床急症之一,而复杂性食管异物是食管异物伴有严重并发症且好发于儿童和老年患者的一类可危及患者生命的疾病,其治疗十分复杂,严重影响患者的健康和生活质量,不仅增加相应的医疗成本,更增加了临床医疗事件的风险.本文主要从食管异物的发病特点及不同类型复杂性食管异物的诊治现状做一综述,以引起临床上对该疾病高度重视和有效的治疗以及预防.

abstractsEsophageal foreign body is one of the most common clinical emergencies in otolaryngology and neck surgery,while complex foreign body in foreign body is a kind of life-threatening disease with severe complications in children and elderly patients.Its treatment is very complex,which seriously affects patients' health and quality of life.It not only increases the corresponding medical costs,but also increases the risk of clinical medical events.In this paper,the characteristics of esophageal foreign bodies and the diagnosis and treatment of different types of complex foreign bodies of esophagus are reviewed and analyzed,so that we attach great importance to the disease in clinical and effective treatment and prevention.
