摘要嗅觉功能作为人体感觉功能之一,承担着辨别气味、增进食欲、识别周围环境等功能,还能通过中枢神经系统影响人的情绪和调节生命周期.随着人们生活质量的提高,越来越多的人开始关注嗅觉功能,以嗅觉减退和丧失为主诉就诊的患者数量也显著增加.对于嗅觉功能的临床评价成为必需,嗅觉功能的检测分为主观测试和客观测试,主观测试主要包括自我评价和心理物理学测试,而客观测试可以分为电生理学测试和影像学检查.

abstractsThe sense of smell serves as one of the major sensory of the human body.It plays an important role in determining the flavor of foods and beverages,warning of,or protecting against environmental hazards,as well as promoting appetite.Recent study even suggested its function in regulating life cycle via central nervous system.More and more patients complain about olfactory dysfunction nowadays,which increases the utility of olfactory measurements.We aim to review the clinical assessment of olfactory function,both subjectively and objectively,in this paper so that clinicians be aware of all approaches available.
