摘要尽管有规范的药物治疗和外科治疗，慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉（chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps，CRSwNP）仍然易复发且对患者的身心健康有严重影响，其中以嗜酸性粒细胞（eosinophil，Eos）浸润为特征的鼻息肉更容易复发且疗效更差。本文就Eos在CRSwNP复发中的作用，特别是局部炎症微环境对鼻息肉复发的影响做一综述，为提高鼻息肉的临床疗效、减少复发提供参考。

abstractsAlthough chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) have standardized drug treatment and surgical treatment, they are still prone to recurrence and have a serious impact on the physical and mental health of patients, in which nasal polyps characterized by eosinophil infiltration are more likely to relapse and the curative effect is worse. This article reviews the role of Eos in the recurrence of nasal polyps, especially the effect of local inflammatory microenvironment on the recurrence of nasal polyps, so as to provide reference for improving the clinical curative effect and reducing the recurrence of nasal polyps.
