摘要随着影像学技术的不断发展，先天性心脏病，尤其是复杂性先天心脏畸形的早期诊断方法有了更多选择。目前广泛用于先天性心脏病心影像学诊断的检查主要包括超声心动图、CT、MRI、心导管检查以及产前超声检查等。临床医生应该根据患者不同情况选择合适的检查手段，该文将对近年来几种影像检查在临床上如何选择应用做一综述。

abstractsWith the continuous development of imaging techniques,patients with congenital heart dis-ease,especially in complicated congenital cardiac malformations,have more choices for detection methods of ear-ly diagnosis. Nowadays,the widely used diagnostic imaging methods included echocardiography,CT,MRI,cardi-ac catheterization,and prenatal ultrasound examination. Clinicians should choose the appropriate means of ima-ging test depending on the situation. This article will focus on the clinical application of imaging diagnosis in complicateol congenital heart disease.
