换一批摘要细胞分裂周期蛋白42(cell division cycle 42,CdcA2)在消化道的正常结构和功能维持等许多生物学过程中发挥重要作用.目前研究结果表明Cdc42参与消化道的发育及先天性肠道疾病、炎症性肠道疾病、感染性肠道疾病甚至消化道肿瘤等多种疾病的发病,但是目前关于其引起发病的机制尚不清楚,有待进一步明确,为消化道各种疾病的诊疗提供新的思路.

abstractsCell division cycle 42 (Cdc42)has been shown as an important regulator of many biological processes.Studies have suggested the role of Cdc42 in the diseases of digestive tract,but the mechanisms remain unclear.More studies are needed to advance the knowledge of roles of Cdc42 in the pathogenesis of digestive tract diseases,which may lead to therapeutic improvements.
