补体凝集素途径在原发性IgA肾病中的作用研究进展
Progress on the role of the lectin pathway of complement in primary IgA nephropathy
摘要IgA肾病(IgA nephropathy,IgAN)是世界范围内最常见的原发性肾小球肾炎,亚洲人群发病率高。尽管对IgAN临床和病理特征等方面的认识逐渐加深,但其确切发病机制尚不完全明确。现有证据表明补体凝集素途径在IgAN的发生中发挥重要作用,影响IgAN的发生及进展;凝集素途径中的关键因子可能作为IgAN病情严重程度及预后评估的生物标记物以及潜在的治疗靶点。该文对不同凝集素途径激活调控及在IgAN中的作用进行综述,以期加深对补体凝集素途径在IgAN发病机制中的作用的理解,有利于IgAN的靶向治疗。

abstractsIgA nephropathy(IgAN)is the most prevalent primary glomerulonephritis worldwide and exhibits a particularly high incidence in Asian populations.Despite advances in understanding its clinical and pathological features,the precise pathogenesis of IgAN remains incompletely elucidated.Emerging evidence highlights the complement lectin pathway as a critical contributor to IgAN progression,influencing both disease initiation and advancement.Key components of this pathway may serve as promising biomarkers for evaluating disease severity and prognosis,as well as potential therapeutic targets.This review focuses on the activation,regulation,and roles of diverse lectin pathway components in IgAN,aiming to deepen the understanding of the lectin pathway's contribution to IgAN pathogenesis and facilitating the identification of effective targeted therapies for this condition.
