摘要随着纳米科学与技术的兴起,纳米药物在生物医药领域中的应用日益受到重视.目前关注的热点是在纳米药物的基础上,通过物理、化学及生物合成的方法,连接能够结合肿瘤细胞的特异性免疫活性物质,使其成为具有靶向性的纳米药物,用于肿瘤的诊断和治疗.该文着重评述了纳米药物的概念及靶向性纳米药物的研究进展.

abstractsWith the rise of nano science and technology, more and more researchers will take attention to application of nano-drugs in the biomedical field. The current focus of concern is that a target of nano-drugs linked specificity immunoreactive substances combine to tumor cells for diagnosis and treatment by physical, chemical and biological synthesis methods in based on nano-drugs. This paper mainly reviewed the concept of nano-drug and development of nano-drug targeting research.
