摘要新生血管的发生在恶性肿瘤发生、发展和转移过程起着关键作用.CD13是人类白血病分级的重要谱系特异性标志物,在新生血管内皮细胞上特异性高表达,在静止血管内皮细胞上不表达.利用荧光、核素标记或磁性纳米颗粒耦联CD13单克隆抗体、配体,通过分子成像技术可有效探测新生血管的发生,为研究血管相关疾病的发生、发展提供影像学依据;CD13的配体——天冬氨酸-甘氨酸-精氨酸与各种抗肿瘤药物构成复合物,然后转运到肿瘤新生血管内皮细胞表面与CD13结合,释放抗肿瘤药物治疗肿瘤.CD13在与新生血管相关的各类疾病的认识、诊断、治疗的研究中有着突破性进展和良好的前景.
