摘要《造血刺激因子在急性放射病治疗中的应用规范》作为卫生部行业标准,已完成了报批稿,该标准广泛调研了造血刺激因子治疗急性放射病相关动物的实验文献及近十余年来造血刺激因子应用于国内外辐射事故的临床报告,并参考了国际原子能机构、美国国家战略储备辐射工作组及欧洲多国关于造血刺激因子应用的建议.该标准主要用于核事故应急和放射事故导致的骨髓型急性放射病的治疗,其他导致造血衰竭的疾病也可参照应用,为更好地执行这一标准,该文对标准的相关内容进行解读.

abstractsOccupational standard of the Ministry of health-Application Standards of Hematopoietic Stimulating Factors in the Treatment of Acute Radiation Sickness has been completed as a draft standard.Based on the wide study and analysis of related animal experimental literature about hematopoietic stimulating factor in the treatment of acute radiation sickness and domestic and foreign clinical reports about application of hematopoietic stimulating factor in radiation accidents in the past decade,the standard was enacted according to the suggestions of International Atomic Energy Agency and the United States Strategic National Stockpile Radiation Working Group and European countries about the application of hematopoietic stimulating factor.It is mainly used for nuclear accident emergency and the treatment of the bone marrow form of acute radiation sickness caused by radiation accidents.It also applies to other hematopoietic failure diseases.In order to implement this standard correctly,the relevant contents of the standard were interpreted in this article.
