摘要目的 探讨急性重型颅脑损伤患者亲属的心理状况,为实施健康教育及心理护理提供科学依据.方法 采用SCL-90量表和自编亲属一般情况调查表,对80例急性重型颅脑损伤患者亲属进行心理调查.将SCL-90得分与常模比较,筛选出有心理异常者,比较其异常分布情况,并进行相关性分析.结果 急性重型颅脑损伤患者亲属表现出明显的心理异常症状,多数亲属出现睡眠、饮食异常和躯体化症状,亲属一般情况的多个项目与其多个心理异常因子之间存在显著相关性.结论 在对急性重型颅脑损伤患者亲属实施救治的同时,应多关注患者亲属生活上的问题,帮助其提高应对能力,促进医护患者的合作,发挥亲属在患者康复中的作用.

abstractsObjective To study the psychological conditions of acute severe craniocerebral injury patients'families and provide scientific basement for health education and psychological nuring care.Methods SCL-90 and self-designed questionnaire on general condition were used to investigate the psychological conditions of 80 acute severe craniocerebral injury patients'families.The scores of SCL-90 were analyzed.Results The acute severe craniocerebral injury patients'families had psychological symptoms.Most people showed abnormity in sleeping,diets and somatization symptoms.There were significant correlation between many items of general conditions and several factors of the abnormal psychological condition.Conclusions When acute severe craniocerebral injury patients be treated,the life difficulties of patients'families should be paid attention.Help patients'families improve the capability of coping,enhance the doctor-patient cooperation,exert their function in patients'rehabilitation.
