摘要目的 探讨常规护理加温经通络熏洗方及穴位按摩治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床效果.方法 将符合入选病例标准的DPN患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例.治疗组采用常规护理的基础上,加温经通络熏洗方足浴及穴位按摩,对照组采用常规护理基础上口服弥可保500μg.比较两组腓总神经运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、腓肠神经感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)以及临床症状改善情况.结果 温经通络熏洗方加穴位按摩对DPN患者的症状及相关实验室检查均有不同程度的改善,总有效率为93.3%,与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论 在常规护理基础上加温经通络熏洗方足浴护理及穴位按摩护理治疗DPN疗效显著.

abstractsObjective To discuss the therapeutic effect of Wenjingtongluo Xunxifaug conjugating with point - kneading nursing on DPN. Methods 60 diabetes peripheral neuropaphy patients were divided into treatment and control groups, each group 30 cases. Treatment group was accepted Wenjingtongluo Xunxifang conjugating with point - kneading nursing, control group was taken orally mocobalamin and normal nursing. The common pemneal nerve motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV), the sural nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) as well as the clinical symptom improvements were measured. Results Wenjingtongluo Xunxifang conjugating with pointkneading nursing improved the DPN patients' symptom, physical sign and the correlation laboratory inspection resuhs, the total effective rate was 93.3%. Compared with control group, there was significantly different (P< 0.05) . Conclusions Wenjingtongluo Xunxifang conjugating with point - kneading nursing has remarkable curative effect to DPN.
