摘要在现代健康模式转变过程中,护理专业在造福人类健康事业中的作用也日益被人们所认识,护理照顾在很多方面已经被证实是人类健康照顾的核心.目前全球存在护理人力资源供需匹配、配置效率和资源质量严重不足,这些对护理质量产生较大影响.护理工作环境、人员的合理配置和护士的健康问题应引起起更多的关注.本文主要从护理人力资源定义,护理人力资源配置现况、存在问题,人力资源配置方法 ,护理人力资源管理等方面进行综述.

abstractsIn the modern process of health care professionals, the role of the nursing was recognized in-creasingly. In many ways, nursing care had been proved to be the core of human health care. The existence prob-lems of the current global nursing human resources including match supply and demand, allocation efficiency, and the quality of a serious shortage of resources had a greater impact on quality of nursing. Nursing work environment, the rational allocation of staff and nurses from health problems should be more attention. In this paper, the defini-tion of human resources from the care, nursing status of human resource allocation, human resource allocation method, nursing human resources management were reviewed.
