摘要目的 探讨心理干预对妇科癌症患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响.方法 收集确诊为妇科癌症半年以内,期望生存期1年以上,非转移或复发的患者80例,采用SDS、SAS和生活质量评分表,对其进行心理状态和生活质量的追踪评估,并根据初期的评估结果进行针对性的心理干预,对干预结果进行分析.结果妇科癌症确诊初期患者的心理健康状况较差、焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪明显、生活质量明显下降;确诊初期患者SDS、SAS评分与正常人群组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01).干预半年后,患者焦虑、抑郁情绪明显改善,SDS、SAS干预前后评分比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),生活质量各项评分均较干预前明显提高.结论 对妇科癌症确诊初期患者实施针对性的心理干预,可以减轻患者的负性情绪,提高生活质量,对患者的生命意义具有积极的促进作用.

abstractsObjective Investigate mental intervention influence on negative emotion and quality of life of patients with gynecological malignant tumor. Methods Collected 80 patients whose final diagnosis were gynecological malignant tumor in half a year and life span were expected more than one year, and these parians were nonmetastasis or non - palindromia. Evaluate mental state and quality of life by SDS, SAS and score quality of life. And to aim directly at mental intervention based on initial evaluation, analyze the result. Results Mental health were bad with obviously anxious and depress, quality of life descent obviously. SDS、SAS were significant difference (P <0.01) between patients in initial stage and healthy crowd. And after intervention in half a year, anxiety and depress were improved remarkably, SDS、SAS were significance difference (P <0. 01) between before and after intervention. And the quality of life were improved. Conclusions Enforce mental intervention on patients whoee final diasnosis were gynecological malignant tumor in the initial stage, this method can abate negative emotion, elevate quality of life and positive promote patients'quality of life.
