摘要目的 探讨并制定中心供应室医院感染控制的有效方法.方法 通过调查采集中心供应室感染控制的相关资料,确定存在的问题,进行综合评价,以系统的方法建立医院供应室感染控制的各项工作流程.结果 对照组与观察组组间对比:器械清洗、隐血检测P<0.01;无菌物品的管理情况P<0.05;手、物体表面卫生学监测P<0.05;两组护理人员洗手依从性P<0.05.各项监测指标均具有统计学意义.结论 建立医院中心供应室感染控制流程,是控制医院感染发生的重要方法.

abstractsObjective To explore methods of infection control process in hospital central supply room. Methods Through collecting relevant materials of infection control in hospital supply room, the problems were determined in the practice. Then the related literatures from the evidence - based medicine were analyzed and comprehensive evaluation was undertook, all the infection control processes of hospital supply department were established by applying a systematic method. Results All the monitoring indexes in cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of instruments, management of aseptic materials, environmental hygiene monitoring and handwashing compliance of medical staff were significantly different between observation and control groups. Conclusions Establishing of infection control process of hospital supply room is an important and scientific method in controlling hospital infection.
