摘要目的 探讨运动及音乐干预对脑血管意外患者日常功能和生存质量的影响.方法 选择64例脑血管意外患者并随机分为运动及音乐干预组(观察组)和对照组,各32例.两组患者均接受药物治疗.观察组待生命体征稳定48 h后进行运动及音乐干预.分别于入选时、运动及音乐干预结束时,评估FIM、NIHSS和汉化版SF-36健康调查量表.结果 运动及音乐干预结束后评估发现,除HM的认知功能和SF-36的躯体疼痛外,运动及音乐干预组在其他各项目的 得分均优于对照组,具有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论 运动及音乐干预能够快速提高脑血管意外患者躯体、心理和日常生活功能.

abstractsObjective To study the effect of physical training and music interference on daily function and life quality in stroke patients. Methods 64 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into physical training and music interference (observation) and control groups, each group had 32 cases. The both group were accepted medicine therapy and observation group was accepted physical training and music interference;at the beginning and finishing of interference, the FIM, NIHSS and SF-36 were measured. Results The scores of FIM、 NIHSS and SF-36 of observation group were better than those of control group ( P ＜ 0. 05 ) . Conclusions The physical training and music interference can improve daily function and life qualities in stroke patients.
