摘要目的 探讨应用湿润烧伤膏联合微波治疗方法对输液所致静脉炎的治疗效果.方法 将出现输液所致静脉炎的病人进行随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组采用湿润烧伤膏联合微波治疗,对照组采用单纯湿润烧伤膏治疗.结果 实验组与对照组比较,疗效有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论 湿润烧伤膏联合微波治疗优于单独使用湿润烧伤膏局部涂抹治疗,且该方法操作简便、安全可靠有效的减囝了病人痛苦,提高了护理质量.

abstractsObjective To discuss how to achieve a more effective treatment of phlebitis after intraveinous infusion (Ⅳ), alleviate symptoms and improving nursing quality.Methods Thirty patients with phlebitis after Ⅳ were divided into two groups randomly.The phlebitis were treated respectively by single moisture burn ointment (MBO) (control group) and MBO combining with therapeutic microwave (MBOTM) (trial group) .Results Comparing with two groups, the statistic had demonstrated remarkbale difference (P ＜ 0.01 x2 test) .Conelusions Treatment of phlebitis after Ⅳ with MBOTM has more advantage than MBO in the effectiveness as well as safety and low costing.So, it may be popularity as primary therapy of phlebitis after Ⅳ.
