摘要目的 探讨皮下注射角度对注射疼痛的影响,减轻注射时疼痛,方便糖尿病患者自行注射胰岛素.方法 选择初次注射胰岛素的糖尿病患者80人,随机分为对照组、试验组,每组各40例.对照组采用常规注射角度(30°~40°)进行皮下注射胰岛素;试验组采用90°进针角度皮下注射胰岛素.比较两种方法对注射疼痛的影响、局部硬结大小、首针注射成功率、患者注射依从性、低血糖发生率的影响.结果 两种注射方法对注射疼痛的影响(P<0.01)、局部硬结的大小(P<0.01)、首针注射成功率(P<0.01)、患者长期注射依从性(P<0.05)存在显著性差异;低血糖发生率(P>0.05)没有明显差异;两种角度注射后疼痛感觉显著性差异,90°角注射后疼痛明显轻于常规角度注射后所致的疼痛.结论 将皮下注射的角度改为90°,对治疗效果没有负面影响,能减轻病人的疼痛,方便患者学习掌握,增加了患者对胰岛素注射的依从性.

abstractsObjective To investigate the effect of subcutaneous injection angle on pains and improve compliance of injection. Methods A total of 80 diabetic patients initially receiving insulin injection were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 40 subjects in each group. The subjects were assigned to conventional angle (30°~40°) injection and 90 degrees injecion respectively , so as to compare the effects of inject angle on pains, site callosity, first injection success rate, compliance and episodes of hypogly-cemia. Results A significant difference was observed between two groups in respect of injection pains (P < 0.01), site callosity (P < 0. 01) , first injection success rate (P < 0.01) , long-term compliance (P < 0. 05), but no marked difference existed with regard to frequency of hypoglycemia (P >0.05) . Conclusions Changing the injection angle to 90 degrees can relieve patients' injection pains and improve compliance of injection without decreasing treatment effects.
