摘要目的 了解出院PICC带管患者常见的护理问题,进行原因分析,提出有效的预防与处理措施.方法 采用回顾性调查的方法进行分析总结.结果 有8.5%的PICC带管患者在治疗间歇期出现堵管、感染、静脉炎、脱管、知识缺乏等问题.结论 及时、有效的护理指导与全程的质量监控,能降低出院PICC带管患者的导管并发症,延长导管使用时间,提高患者的生活质量.
