摘要目的 了解不同级别医疗机构举办的社区卫生服务医务人员的组织承诺水平.方法 用组织承诺量表对牡丹江市326名社区卫生服务医务人员进行问卷调查并进行分析.结果 一级、二级、三级医疗机构举办的社区卫生服务机构工作人员组织承诺各纬度得分在不同等级医院之间差别均有显著性意义(P＜0.05).结论 组织承诺水平受医院的级别和其规模大小的影响三级医疗机构举办社区卫生服务的组织承诺水平较高,具有较强的可持续发展性.

abstractsObjective To Understand the different rank medical establishment conducting the community health service medical personnel's organization pledges. Methods With the organization pledges, the meter carried on the questionnaire survey to Mudanjiang 326 community health service medical personnel and analyzed. Results The scores of primary, secondary and tertiary health care organizations in community health service agency staff organizational commitment at the different levels of the latitude difference between hospitals were statistically significant ( P ＜ 0. 05 ) . Conclusions The the level of organization pledges conducts the hospital rank and its scale influence third-level medical establishment the community health service.
