摘要目的 研究抑郁性神经症患者生活事件与身心健康的关系,为临床心理护理和心理疾病的防治提供依据.方法 对100例抑郁性神经症患者(研究组)和100例相匹配的正常人群(对照组)用生活事件量表(LES)和自测健康评定量表(STHMS)同时进行测量,将结果进行统计分析比较.结果 研究组负性生活事件刺激量多于对照组(P＜0.01),SRHMS低于对照组(P＜0.01),负性生活事件与自测健康具有一定的负相关性.结论 抑郁性神经症患者心理健康水平较低,易受负性生活事件的影响.降低负性生活事件的刺激,提高心理健康水平,是抑郁性神经症患者康复的重要举措.

abstractsObjective To study relation of the life event and physical and psychological health on the patient with depressive neurosis, to provide the basis of the clinical mental nursing and the preventive treatment of the mental illness. Methods Making a measurement for 100 cases of patients with depressive neurosis (study group) and 100 cases of normal population matched (control group) by Life Event Scale (LES) and Self-rated Health Measurement Scale (SRHMS) together, and the results were analyzed and compared Results The quantity of negative life events in study group was more than that of control group (P<0.01), but the score of SRHMS was lower than that of the control group (P<0.01) , the negative life events and self-test health had certain negative correlation. Conclusions The patients with depressive neurosis had lower level of psychological health , they were vulnerable to influence of the negative life events easier. Reducing the stimulus of the negative life events, improving the mental health level are the important measures to cure depressive neurosis patients.
