摘要目的 探讨时间护理干预对晚期癌症患者疼痛影响.方法 随机抽取116例不同类型晚期恶性肿瘤患者分为实验组和对照组,分别实施时间护理和常规护理措施并给予癌症三阶梯止痛治疗.结果 实验组58例中完全缓解42例,部分缓解14例,无效2例,总有效率96.5%;对照组58例中完全缓解23例,部分缓解17例,无效18例,总有效率69.0%(P＜0.05).结论 时间护理干预措施能有效缓解晚期癌症患者的疼痛程度,减轻痛苦,提高患者生活质量,延长生命.

abstractsObjective To explore the effect of time nursing intervention on the pain of patients with advanced cancer.Methods A total of 116 cases of different types of advanced cancer patients were divided into experimental group and control groups. Time nursing and conventional nursing combined with three ladder analgesic therapy was implemented respectively.Results Of the 58 cases, 42 cases had complete remission, 14 cases had partial remission , and 2 cases were invalid in experimental group. The total effective rate was 96.5%.Of the 58 cases, 23 cases had complete remission, 17 cases had partial remission, and 18 cases were invalid in control group.The total effective rate was 69% (P<0.05).Conclusions Time nursing intervention measures can effectively relieve the pain of the patients with advanced cancer, improve the quality of life of patients and prolong life.
