超早期干预对高危儿神经行为测定及智能发育的影响
Effects of ultra-early intervention on high-risk children behavioral neurological assessment and intellectual development
摘要目的 探讨超早期干预对高危新生儿神经行为测定(NBNA)及智能发育的影响.方法 选取我院NICU高危新生儿82例,按家长意愿随机分为干预组(40例)和对照组(42例).两组均给予常规治疗及护理,干预组在此基础上实施超早期干预,内容包括基础护理干预、感官刺激干预及运动训练干预等.比较两组高危儿第14天、28天NBNA得分及3个月时的发育商.结果 超早期干预组高危儿第14天、28天时NBNA得分均较对照组高(P<0.05或P<0.01),且第28天时NBNA得分达标率明显高于对照组(P<0.05).3月时智力发育指数(MDI)、运动发育指数(PDI)明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论超早期干预能提高高危儿的神经行为能力,促进智能发育.

abstractsObjective To investigate the influence of the ultra-early intervention on high-risk children behavioral neurological assessment (NBNA) and intellectual development.Methods 82 cases of high risk-infants of NICU in our hospital, according to the wishes of parents were randomly divided into intervention group of 40 cases and control group of 42 cases. Both groups were given routine treatment and care. On this basis, the intervention group to implement early intervention, including basic nursing interventions, sensory stimulation intervention and exercise training intervention and so on. Comparison of the intervention group and the control group NBNA scores in 14th day and 28th day and DQ in the third month.Results The NBNA scores of the intervention group in 14th day and 28th day were all higher than those in the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the NBNA score compliance rate in 28th day was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The mental development index (MDI), psychomotor development index (PDI) of the intervention group in the third month was significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions The ultra-early intervention can improve the high-risk children's neural capacity, to promote smart growth.
