换一批摘要目的 提高护理人员的人文素质.方法 通过举办护理人员读书报告会、定制教材<护士人文修养>及观看录像等方式培训我院护理人员.结果 绝大部分人对读书报告会的举办持同意的观点,患者满意度由93.1%提升至97.2%.结论 提升人文素养有利于提高护理服务品质,有利于提高患者满意度.
