6所综合性医院年终护理综合绩效考评分析与思考
Analysis and thinking about year-end nursing comprehensive performance evaluation in 6 general hospitals
摘要目的 了解综合性医院护理综合绩效考评现状,为开展优质护理、提高护理管理质量水平提供依据。方法 组织专家抽查6所综合性医院的护理综合绩效考评情况,包括护理质量管理、人力资源、危重病人护理、安全管理、急救器材、消毒隔离和感染控制管理等。结果 各医院硬件规模、质量有明显的提升。66.6%的医院床护比达到国家卫生部1:0.4的标准,护士技术操作50%达标,而三基理论仅16.67%达标。部分医院存在重症监护室床护比不达标,护理质量部分指标下降。结论 应重视合理配置护理人力资源;高度关注护理安全问题;加强三基培训;积极建设专科护士队伍。

abstractsObjective To understand the status quo of nursing comprehensive performance evaluation in general hospitals, provide a reference for high-quality nursing and nursing management.Methods Nursing comprehensive performance evaluation of 6 general hospitals were examined by experts including quality management, human resource, nursing of the seriously ill, security management, emergency equipment, disinfection and quarantine , infection control et al.Results The scale and quality of hardware in every hospital were obviously improved.The radio of nurse/bed met the national standand, technical operation level of 50% nurses reached the standhrd, the reaching standard of three-basic theory was only 16.67%.The radio of nurse/bed did not reach the standard in ICU of part of hospitals, the indexes of nursing quality dropt.Conclusions Nursing human resource should be reasonably allocated; nursing security should be paid high atten tion to; three-basic training should be strengthened; nurse team should be built actively.
