摘要目的 探讨居家护理对血液透析患者生活质量的影响.方法 将80例血液透析患者随机分为对照组及实验组,每组40例.对照组在患者透析时给予常规的护理及指导,实验组除在患者透析时给予常规的护理及指导外,还实施居家护理,包括定期电话了解和上门随访,给予提供导管的护理、动静脉内瘘的自我监测及保护、如何控制水份的摄入、合适的运动疗法及自我护理方法等.结果 两组患者干预前的操作技术、用药依从性、饮食与水盐限制、疾病监测和并发症的管理等评分比较差异无统计学意义.实验组实施居家护理后血液透析病人的操作技术、用药依从性、饮食与水盐限制、疾病监测和并发症的管理等评分高于对照组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 实施居家护理能改善血液透析患者的机能状态,提高患者的生活质量,同时可以减轻家属的经济负担,节约医疗服务资源,为今后医院管理服务提供方向.

abstractsObjective To explore home health care in quality of life of hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 80 cases of hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group was 40 cases,control group was received routine care and guidance only at dialysis,experimental group was not only received routine care and guidance at dialysis,but also implemented home health care,including regular telephone and follow up,provided hemodialysis arteriovenous fistula catheter nursing,how to enhance training methods of fistula function,physical therapy,how to control the water to intake,self - monitoring and protecting of the fistula,self- care methods and so on.Results The scores of operation techniques,medication compliance,diet and water salt restriction,disease monitoring and complications management were compared (P ＞ 0.05),which the difference was not significant.Scores of operation techniques,medication compliance,diet and water salt restriction,disease monitoring and complications management in control group after implemented home care were higher than those of control group (P ＜0.01 ).Conclusions Implementation of home health care can improve functional status in hemodialysis patients,improve patient quality of life,and also can reduce the financial burden on families,saving medical services resources,provide the direction of hospital management services for the future.
