摘要目的 探讨循证护理教学法在80后护士护理操作技能培训的效果.方法 针对80后护士的心理、性格特点,采用循证护理教学方法,2009年8月对163名80后护士在培训方式、培训安排及培训教师的选择多方面进行改进.结果 运用循证护理教学方法培训后,80后护士操作技能提高20.1％,对培训教师的满意度提高14.9％,认为培训对工作影响率下降13.1％,对培训的安排满意度上升至41.7％,各项操作考试平均成绩提高3.41％.结论 循证护理教学应用于护理操作技能培训中,有利于80后护士更好地掌握操作技能,提高了80后护士参与护理操作培训的兴趣,促进培训教师教学能力的提高,进一步提高护理操作技能培训的效果.
