摘要目的 探讨护理程序在急性重型颅脑外伤急救中的效果.方法 将本组患者226例分成对照组和观察组,其中对照组111例,观察组115例.对照组按一般的护理常规和程序进行护理和救治.观察组按护理程序5步走:评估、诊断、计划、实施、评价进行有针对性预见性的救治.比较两组预后.结果 两组GCS评分9～15分预后比较,观察组的护理效果明显优于对照组,P＜0.01.两组GCS评分3～8分预后比较,观察组的护理效果明显优于对照组,P＜0.05.结论 在急性重型颅脑外伤救治中应用护理程序,有效降低了致残率和死亡率,不但改变了传统医疗模式,也规范了护理操作流程,而且为患者的救治赢得了宝贵的时间.

abstractsObjective To.explore the effect of nursing program in emergency treatment of severe craniocerebral trauma.Methods A total of 226 patients were divided into control group (111 cases) and observation group (115 cases).Control group was received the routine nursing and treatment.Observation group was received the targeted and foresight treatment according to nursing program including 5 steps:evaluation,diagnosis,planning,implementation,and evaluation.The prognosis was compared between two groups.Results It was found that the nursing effect of observation group was better than that of control group.Condusions The nursing program applied in the emergency treatment of severe craniocerebral trauma can reduce the morbidity and mortality,not only change the traditional medical model,but also standardize care the operation process,and win precious time for rescuing patients.
