《护理学基础》操作教学中提高护生学习积极性的研究

摘要目的 探讨《护理学基础》操作教学中提高护理学生学习积极性的方法,为改善护理专业学生的学习成绩提供一定的依据.方法 选择2008年入学的护理学生125人为研究对象,实验组为65人,对照组为60人,实验组实施在传统讲授的基础上采用图片法、心理练习法和多媒体课件多种教学方法相结合的方法;另一组为对照组仅采用传统的教学方法.所有护理学生每周均参与《护理学基础》授课,并持续实施一学期,然后进行统计分析,比较两者差异.结果 《护理学基础》课程中,实验组和干预组教学实施不同教学方法后,护理学生的学习积极性相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在传统讲授的基础上采用图片法、心理练习法和多媒体课件多种教学方法相结合的方法,能有效提高学生学习《护理学基础》技能课程的兴趣.

abstractsObjective To explore how to improve nursing students' learning initiative in the operation teaching of nursing basic,provide some basis for the academic performance of nursing students.Methods A total of 125 nursing students were enrolled in this study and divided into experimental group of 65 persons and control group of 60 persons.Experimental group was received a variety of teaching methods including pictures shows,psychological practice and multimedia courseware on the basis of traditional teaching methods,while control group was received the traditional teaching methods.All nursing students learned the course of nursing basic in a semester,and then statistical analysis was done to compare the differences.Results It was found that the differences were statistically significant in students'learning initiative of two groups (P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of different teaching methods can effectively improve the nurse students' initiative in learning the course of nursing basic.
