摘要目的 探讨大学生肺结核知识、态度、行为水平的评价指标,为高校结核病防控工作提供客观依据.方法 应用德尔菲法,对15名专家进行两轮函询,征求专家对问卷内容和问卷结构的意见.结果 专家的积极性较高,权威程度系数为0.804,各条目选择率为86.7％～100％,算数平均分为4.35 ～5.00,变异系数为0.02 ～0.17,共保留33个条目.结论 应用德尔菲法编制的大学生肺结核知识、态度、行为的问卷权威性和可靠性较高,可以为高校结核病防控工作提供测评工具.

abstractsObjective To study evaluation indexs for measuring the levels of knowledge,attitude and practice about tuberculosis of university students,to provide an objective evidence for university about tuberculosis prevention and control.Methods The Delphi method was applied to consuit 15 experts twice about the conteuts and structure of the questionnaire.Results The expert's enthusiasm was high,authority coefficient was 0.804,the rate of item selectiou was 86.7％ to 100％,arithmetic average score of each item was 4.35 to 5.00,variation coefficient was 0.02 to 0.17,finally 33 items were retained.Conclusions The questionnaire on knowledge,attitude and practice about tuberculosis of university students used by Delphi method shows the high authority and reliability,it can provide an evaluation implement for university on tuberculosis prevention and control.
