abstractsIn this article,the author introduced the otolaryngology characteristic nursing service and skills under modem nursing mode,briefly described some views such as nursing staff must receiving training,nursing management,working experience under modem nursing mode,analyzed the advantages of the whole high quality nursing service.The study results showed that the otolaryngology characteristic high quality nursing service not only met fully the patients‘ physiological and psychological needs,but also ensured the safety of the patients'therapeutic safety,improved the patient's physical and mental health and improved the patients'comfort and satisfaction.
