颈动脉支架置入术前不同饮食患者状态的调查

The application of state trait anxiety inventory form Y to research and analysis of dieters'conditions before carotid artery stenting implant surgery

摘要目的:探讨调查颈动脉支架置入术前不同饮食患者的状态。方法将拟行颈动脉支架置入术(每日下午13∶00手术)的患者300例按随机数字表法分组,分为对照组(150例)和观察组(150例)。对照组接受常规方案,而观察组接受针对性的影响因素方案,两者均应用修订版状态特质焦虑量表( STAI-Form Y)问卷调查,收集数据进行统计分析。结果对照组患者和观察组患者状态焦虑阳性率分别为60.7%和36.7%,两组患者状态焦虑阳性率的差异具有统计学意义( P=0.000);两组不同饮食状态患者不同文化程度、不同性别以及不同年龄的状态焦虑阳性率的差异均有统计学意义。观察组患者的状态焦虑阳性率在初中及以下和高中(含中专)两个学历层次比对照组患者低,差异有统计学意义(分别P=0.000和P=0.004),而在大专及以上学历层次两组患者状态焦虑阳性率的差异无统计学意义。观察组男、女性患者的状态焦虑阳性率分别比对照组的男、女性患者高(分别P=0.020和P=0.000)。观察组患者在40~49岁和50~69岁两个年龄段的状态焦虑阳性率比对照组患者低(分别P=0.005和P=0.000) ,而在19~39岁年龄段两组患者状态焦虑阳性率的差异无统计学意义。结论颈动脉支架置入术前控制性进食患者的心理健康水平优于术前禁食的患者,且应重点关注文化程度低、女性患者及老年患者心理健康教育水平,加强术前的饮食健康教育,实施控制性进食,为患者减少焦虑程度提供切实可行的方法。

abstractsObjective To discuss research results of state-trait anxiety inventory ( STAI-Form Y) on anxiety status of different dieters with carotid artery stenting (CAS).Methods A total of 300 patients to receive CAS (at 13: 00 pm everyday) were divided into control group (n=150) and observation group (n=150) according to random number table.Patients in control group received normal diets, while members of observation group had specific diets based on their individual condition.In addition, state-trait anxiety inventory ( STAI-Form Y ) was applied to both groups.Data were collected for statistical analysis.Results The positive rate of anxiety state of patients in control group and observation group were respectively 60.7%and 36.7%.After testing and comparing of patients, the differences of the two groups of positive rate of patients anxiety state had statistical significance ( P=0.01 ); differences between the two groups of patients with different dietary status of different education, different genders and different ages of anxiety state had statistical significance.Compared with control group, the anxiety state of patients in observation group was low-er than the state of anxiety in patients positive rate in junior and senior high school ( include special school) , the differ-ences had statistical significance ( P=0.000 and P=0.004 ) , while the differences in college and higher education lev-els of positive rate of anxiety state had no statistical significance.The positive rate of anxiety state of female and male in observation group was higher than those of the control group ( P=0.020 and P=0.000) .The positive rate of anxiety state of patients in observation group were from 40 to 49 years old and 50 to 69 years old, which was lower than the pa-tients'of the control group ( P=0.005 and P=0.000 ) .But the difference in the two groups from 19 to 39 years old had no statistical significance.Conclusions CAS patients with restrained diet suffered less from anxiety compared with those with normal diet.More attention should be paid to female, less educated and aged patients.It may be feasible to reduce anxiety of patients by enhancing the publicity of healthy dietary before CAS.
