摘要目的：探讨护理安全干预在手术室安全管理中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2011年4月至2013年9月收治的500例手术治疗患者作为对照组,2013年11月至2014年12月收治的500例手术治疗患者作为试验组。对照组采取常规护理,试验组实行护理安全干预,比较两组患者的护理内容与临床事项、护理质量评分与护理满意情况等。结果试验组护理人员护理态度良好,操作技术过关率与医师满意率高于对照组,护理缺陷发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)；试验组医疗纠纷发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；试验组患者在干预后与干预前组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；两组患者在干预后护理质量评分组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；试验组患者护理满意情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护理安全干预在手术室安全管理中的临床应用效果显著,具有借鉴性。

abstractsObjective To investigate the clinical effect of nursing safety intervention in the safety management of operating room. Methods A total of 500 cases of patients with surgical treatment in our hospital from April 2011 to September 2013 were selected as the control group, while 500 cases of patients in our hospital from November 2013 to December 2014 were selected as the experimental group, the patients of the control group were given conventional nurs-ing, while the experimental group were given nursing safety intervention. The nursing content, clinical matters, the score of nursing quality and the patients' satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing staffs had a good nursing attitude in the experimental group, the qualified rates of their operating technology and doctors' satisfaction rate were significantly higher than those of the control group. The incidence of nursing defects was significantly lower than that of the control group and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 01); the incidence of medical dis-putes was significantly lower than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05); the experimental group showed statistical difference between pre-intervention and post-intervention (P<0. 01) ; the scores of nursing quality showed statistical significance between the two groups after intervention (P<0. 01); the satisfaction de-gree of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 01) . Conclusions The clinical application of nursing safety intervention is significant in the safety management of the operating room and deserved reference.
