“五阶段”循环结合CP教学模式在实习初期护生临床实践中的应用效果
Application effect of "Five-Stage" cycle in combination with CP on nursing students′clinical practice at earlier practice stage
摘要目的:探讨“五阶段”循环结合CP教学模式在护生实习初期的应用效果。方法选取2012年7月至2014年7月入我科实习的护生54名,应用随机数字表法随机分为对照组26名和观察组28名。对照组护生采用传统教学模式带教;观察组护生采用“五阶段”循环和教学路径相结合的方法带教。比较两组护生理论和实践技能考核成绩及对临床实践教学的满意度。结果观察组护生理论考核和临床护理技能考核成绩均优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);观察组护生对临床教学实践的满意度明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论“五阶段”循环结合CP教学模式在规范教学的同时,有利于提高学生理论和实践相结合的能力。

Conclusion The teaching mode of"Five-Stage" cycle in combination with CP not only standardizes the teach-ing method, but also helps to improve the students′ability to combine theories and practice.
