摘要目的：探讨在精神科护理风险管理中开展品管圈活动的临床效果。方法选择2012年9月至2013年9月全院护理的质量检查报告，对开展品管圈活动的前后结果进行记录，并对比分析。结果开展品管圈活动后，全院护士的护患沟通合格率高达97．33%，明显高于活动前的89．33%，差异具有统计学意义( P<0．05)；开展品管圈活动后，全院护士精神科常规操作的合格率高达98．00%，明显高于活动前的90．00%，差异有统计学意义( P<0．05)；开展品管圈活动后，全院护士对患者病情掌握的合格率高达97．67%，明显高于活动前的84．67%，差异有统计学意义( P<0．05)；开展品管圈活动后，全院护士精神病知识考核的优秀率高达97．00%，明显高于活动前的83．33%，差异有统计学意义( P<0．05)。开展品管圈活动后，护理不良事件仅有3例，明显低于活动前的100例；活动后护理的合格率高达99．50%，明显高于活动前的83．33%，差异均有统计学意义( P<0．05)。结论开展品管圈活动，精神科护理的风险管理能够明显改善，提高护理的工作质量，值得在临床上推广应用。

abstractsObjective To study and analyze the clinical effect of QCC activities carried out for the nursing risk management of psychiatric department. Methods The nursing quality inspection report of our hospital from September 2012 to September 2013 were selected, and the results before and after carring out the QCC activities were recorded and compared. Results The pass rate of nurse-patient communication of the whole hospital was 97. 33% after carrying out QCC, which was significantly higher than 89. 33% before the event (P<0. 05), and the difference was statistically sig-nificant;the pass rate of normal operations of all psychiatric nurses was as high as 98. 00 % after carrying out QCC, which was significantly higher than 90. 00% before the event ( P<0. 05 ) , and the difference was statistically signifi-cant;the pass rate of the nurses' recognization of the patient's condition reached as high as 97. 67%, which was signif-icantly higher than 84. 67% before the event ( P<0. 05 ) , and the difference was statistically significant;while the ex-cellence rate of examination concerning psychiatric knowledge was up to 97. 00%, which was significantly higher than 83. 33% before the event ( P<0. 05 ) , and the difference was statistically significant;there were only three nursing ad-verse events cases, which was significantly lower than the 100 cases before the event;the qualified rate of nursing was 99. 50%, which was significantly higher than that of 83. 33% before the event ( P<0. 05 ) , and the difference was sta-tistically significant. Conclusions To carry out QCC activities can significantly improve the nursing risk management in psychiatry department and improve the quality of care. It is worthy of a widely clinical application.
