摘要目的：研究马铃薯外敷对小儿接种百白破疫苗不良反应的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月~2016年1月接收的34例接种百白破疫苗发生不良反应儿童为研究对象,采用随机数字表法进行分组,每组17例。对照组给予湿温毛巾外敷,观察组给予马铃薯外敷,15 min/次,2次/d。治疗7 d、14 d后,比较两组治疗总有效率,比较两组患儿家长满意度。结果治疗7 d 后,观察组治疗总有效率为76.5%(13/17),对照组为41.2%(7/17),观察组高于对照组,有显著性差异(χ2=4.371,P=0.040)。治疗14 d后,观察组治疗总有效率为94.1%(16/17),对照组为58.8%(10/17),观察组高于对照组,有显著性差异(χ2=5.885,P=0.020)。观察组满意度为94.1%(16/17),对照组为64.7%(11/17),观察组高于对照组,有显著性差异(χ2=4.497,P=0.043)。结论马铃薯外敷能够有效改善小儿接种百白破疫苗后红肿硬结症状,提高患儿家长满意度,值得临床上推广应用。

abstractsObjective To study the clinical effect of external application of potatoes on children with the ad-verse reactions caused by the pediatric vaccination of DPT vaccine. Methods A total of 34 children with the adverse re-actions caused by the pediatric vaccination of DPT ( Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus) vaccine in our hospital from Janu-ary 2015 to January 2016 were taken as the research objects and were divided into an experimental group and a control group according to the random number method, with 17 patients in each group. The patients of the control group were given the external application of warm wet towel, while the patients of the observation group received the external appli-cation of potatoes, 15 mins every time, twice a day. Then the total effective rate and the parentsˊsatisfaction after 7 daysˊand 14 daysˊtreatment of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group after 7 daysˊtreatment was 76. 5% (13 / 17), while the control group was 41. 2% (7 / 17), the total effective rate of ob-servation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4. 371, P=0. 040) . The total effective rate of the observation group after 14 daysˊtreatment was 94. 1% (16/17), while the control group was 58. 8% ( 10 / 17 ) , the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=5. 885, P=0. 020) . The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94. 1% (16/17), while the control group was 64. 7% (11/17), the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=4. 497, P=0. 043) . Conclusions The exter-nal application of potatoes and can effectively improve the swelling and induration symptoms of the children after the vac-cination of DPT vaccine, and can improve the satisfaction of the parents of children, thus it is worthy of a clinical ap-plication.
