Preparation and properties of comfort fibers in flexible shape used for health care
摘要本研究采用具有形状记忆的 SMPU M5560和普通 PAN 两种切片原料,按照不同比例配制一系列纺丝液,采用湿法纺丝方法,制备出兼具形状记忆与一定强度的智能纤维。混合后的纤维强度比纯 SMPU 纤维的强度明显增加,利用 TG 和 DSC 对纤维进行测试,得到的纤维能够保持一定的耐热性及形状记忆功能。这种混合纤维在医疗服装的开发上具有一定的应用价值。

abstractsIn this study, two kinds of slices of materials with memories for shapes, namely SMPU M5560 and ordinary PAN, were used and series of spinning solution were formulated by the two kinds of materials in different pro-portions. Smart fiber with memories for shapes and certain strength was formulated by wetting spinning method. Strength of the mingled fibers was significantly increased compared with that of the pure SMPU fiber. The fibers was tested by TG and DSC and the fibers obtained can maintain a certain heat resistance and memory for shapes. This kind of mingled fi-bers showed a certain applicable value in the development of medical clothing.
