摘要综述导尿管相关性尿路感染的危险因素，包括患者年龄、性别、操作因素、导管因素、药物因素等。通过感染控制项目的实施、导尿管型号及材质的选择、抗生素预防以及多学科合作等方面的预防护理措施，可以降低导尿管相关性尿路感染的发生。

abstractsTo summarize the risk factors of catheter-associated urinary tract infection, including the patients' age, patients' gender, operating factors, catheter factors and medicine factors. The incidence of catheter-associated u-rinary tract infection can be reduced by the implementation of infection control project, the selection of catheter's type and material, and the prevention and nursing measures combined with antibiotics and the partnership of multidisciplinar-y cooperation.
