摘要目的 探讨腹腔镜辅助自然腔道取标本左结肠癌根治术(LA-NOSE)的围手术期舒适护理方法 .方法 总结31例采用蔡氏套管器经肛门自然腔道取标本的腹腔镜左结肠癌根治术(Laparoscopic-assisted Natural Orifice Specimen Extraction,LA-NOSE)围手术期舒适护理经验.舒适护理要点包括:围手术期常规护理:术前心理护理;术前充分的肛门括约肌锻炼和肠道准备;术后肛门功能、胃肠道等的舒适护理;术后加强出院宣教和随访等.结果 LA-NOSE手术患者31例术中未出现大血管、肠管、实质性脏器损伤、中转开腹等并发症.术后均恢复良好,无切口并发症、未对肛门功能造成损伤,康复出院.结论 LA-NOSE手术结合常规护理加舒适护理的护理方法 ,可获得满意的临床护理质量.

abstractsObjective To probe into the perioperative comfortable nursing methods after laparoscopic-assisted natural orifice sampling in radical operation for left colorectal cancer. Methods The study summarized the experiences of comfortable nursing during the perioperative period for 31 patients who underwent the laparoscopic-assisted radical left colectomy transanal specimen extraction with the Cai Tube. The key points of the comfortable nursing included the regu-lar care during the perioperative period, preoperative psychological nursing, sufficient preoperative anal sphincter exer-cises and preparation for bowel, comfortable nursing for anal function and gastrointestinal tract and intensive education and follow-up services after discharge and so on. Results Complications such as great vascular, intestinal and paren-chyma organ injuries, as well as intraoperative transfer to open surgery were not seen in the 31 cases of patients receiv-ing LA-NOSE. All the patients had excellent postoperative recovery, with no incision complication or anus function inju-ry, and they were discharged after rehabilitation. Conclusion LA-NOSE combined with conventional nursing and com-fortable nursing can obtain satisfying clinical nursing quality.
