摘要目的 设计一种新型病员裤用于持续膀胱冲洗患者,观察其应用效果.方法 将240例持续膀胱冲洗患者按就诊先后顺序分为对照组和实验组各120例,实验组给予持续膀胱冲洗病员裤,对照组给予普通病员裤,对两组人员采用访谈式或问卷调查法调查.结果 实验组患者对保护隐私、活动度、舒适保暖的满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);医护人员对引流管固定、持续冲洗操作、管道阻塞处理、切口换药、会阴护理方面的满意度实验组也明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组患者导管折叠受压、引流管滑脱、泌尿系感染的发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 持续膀胱冲洗病员裤的设计简单实用,不仅有利于患者病情观察、引流管固定、管道冲洗,同时具有保护隐私、便于医护人员治疗护理操作等优点,临床上值得推广应用.

abstractsObjective To design new patient pants for continuous bladder washing patients and observe its ap-plication effect. Methods A total of 240 continuous bladder washing patients were divided into control group and ex-perimental group (120 cases each) according to the visiting sequence. The patients of experimental group put on bladder washing patients, and the patients of control group put on normal pants. Questionnaire method was conducted to the members of both groups. Results In the experimental group, the satisfaction of protecting privacy, activity degree and comfortable warmth was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 01). For the satisfaction of medical personnel with continuous bladder washing pants, including drainage tube fixation, continuous washing situation, tube blocking solution, incision dressing and perineum nursing, experimental group was also significantly superior to it of control group. The difference had statistical significance (P<0. 01). The occurring rate of tube folding pressure, drainage tube slip and urinary infection case load was significantly inferior to it of control group. The difference had statistical significance (P<0. 01). Conclusions The design of continuous blad-der washing pants is simple and practical, which is convenient for the disease observation, drainage tube fixation and tube washing of patients, but also protects privacy and is convenient for the nursing operation of medical personnel. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
