摘要目的 探讨品管圈活动在降低康复科住院脑卒中患者跌倒发生率中的作用.方法 2015年8月成立科室品管圈.通过科室品管圈成员头脑风暴法,经过护理专家指导鉴定,自制问卷调查表,分析总结脑卒中患者对跌倒的认知情况.通过收集2015年9月～2015年12月康复科住院患者跌倒病例,运用回顾性分析,从康复科5例住院患者跌倒状况分析跌倒原因、设定目标、制定并实施对策等品管圈活动.比较2015年9月～2015年12月与2016年2月～2016年4月康复科住院患者的跌倒发生率.结果 通过实施品管圈活动,康复科住院患者跌倒发生率由改善前的4.10％降低至改善后的1.91％,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 正确运用品管圈活动能有效降低康复科住院患者的跌倒发生率,并能提高圈员的品质改善及科研能力.

abstractsObjective To explore the role of quality control circle activity in reducing the rate of falls with stroke patients in the department of rehabilitation. Methods The quality control circle was established in August 2015 . The cognition of falls in stroke patients was analyzed and summarized by the self-made questionnaires, which adopted the Brainstorming method in the quality control circle of the department and appraised by nursing experts. The quality control circle activities included analysis of fall causes, setting goals, formulating and implementing countermeasures on 5 cases of inpatients from the rehabilitation department between September to December in 2015 , which was used the retrospective analysis. The rate of fall about the inpatients of rehabilitation department was compared between September to December in 2015 and February to April in 2016. Results By implementing quality control circle activities, the fall-ing-down occurrence rate of patients hospitalized in rehabilitation department was reduced from 4. 1％ ( before improve-ment) to 1. 9％ ( after improvement) , and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusions The correct use of quality control circle activities can effectively reduce the rate of falls in the inpatients of rehabilitation de-partment, in addition, it can improve the quality and research capabilities of circle members.
