不同学历新入职护士岗前培训需求评估的调查

Investigation and study on pre-service training needs assessment of new nurses with different educational background

摘要目的 探讨不同学历的新入职护士岗前培训需求的差异性,为构建科学的新入职护士岗前培训计划提供参考依据和实践指导.方法 按照方便整群抽样的方法,选取某地区多家医院400名新入职护士作为研究对象,采用自行设计的《新入职护士岗前培训需求评估的调查问卷》进行现况问卷调查.资料采用SPSS 20. 0统计分析软件进行统计分析.结果 新入职护士对岗前培训课程内容50条目需求平均得分在4. 03~4. 69之间,其中偏向于非常需要的( M≥4. 5)的条目有30项,其他条目均显示需要的程度.新入职护士岗前培训课程内容需求在法律法规、规范标准、医院管理规章制度、健康教育及护理技能操作培训四个维度因为学历的不同,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0. 05) .新入职护士对岗前培训课程内容希望授课方式的需求以临床实践演练(含操作示教、情景模拟)和面对面讲师授课为主,配合小组讨论和多媒体授课(无讲师)的授课方式.结论 医院护理管理者应重视新入职护士岗前培训,采取多样化的培训授课方式,岗前培训课程内容应依据新入职护士学历的不同而有所侧重.

abstractsObjective To discuss the differences of pre-service training needs of new nurses with different de-grees, and provide references and practical guidance for constructing scientific pre-service training plans for new nurses. Methods According to the method of group sampling, 400 new nurses from several hospitals in a certain area were se-lected as the study subjects. A self-designed questionnaire on pre-service training needs assessment for new nurses was used to investigate the current situation. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20. 0 statistical analysis software. Results New nurses'pre-service training course content 50 items demand average score was between 4. 03 and 4. 69, of which tend to be very much needed ( M≥4. 5) of the entries have 30. All other items show the degree required. Due to differ-ent educational background, the pre-job training needs of new nurses in four dimensions of " laws and regulations, normative standards" ," hospital management rules and regulations" ," health education" and " nursing skill operation training" were statistically significant ( P<0. 05) . The newly employed nurses requested that the teaching method would be prior to clinical practice ( including operation teaching, scenario simulation) and face-to-face lecture teaching for pre-employment training course content with the combination of group discussion and multimedia ( without lecturer) teaching method. Conclusions Hospital nursing administrators should pay attention to the pre job training of new recruits and adopt diversified training.
