摘要目的 探讨综合护理在老年股骨颈骨折患者术后应用对患者负面情绪的改善情况.方法 选取该院2016年7月~2017年6月>60岁股骨颈骨折患者119例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组60例和对照组59例.对照组行常规护理,观察组采用综合护理.观察两组患者生活质量,并采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表评价患者负面情绪状况.结果 观察组患者在生活质量、负面情绪改善情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0. 05) .结论 综合护理在老年股骨颈骨折患者术后应用对患者负面情绪有明显改善,有效提升了患者生活质量.

abstractsObjective To exp1ore the improvement of negative emotion in seni1e patients with femora1 neck fracture by comprehensive nursing after operation. Methods From Ju1y 2016 to June 2017, 119 patients with femora1 neck fractures aged over 60 years in the hospita1 were se1ected and divided into the observation group (60 cases) and the contro1 group (59 cases) according to the random number tab1e method. The contro1 group received routine nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing. The qua1ity of 1ife of the patients in the two groups was observed, and the negative mood of the patients was eva1uated by Hami1ton Depression Sca1e. Results The observation group was superior to the contro1 group in the improvement of 1ife qua1ity and negative emotions, and the differences were statisti-ca11y significant ( P<0. 05) . Conclusions The app1ication of comprehensive nursing in seni1e patients with femora1 neck fracture after surgery has significant1y improved the negative emotions of patients and effective1y improved the qua1i-ty of 1ife of patients.
