摘要目的 探讨冠心病患者通过综合护理的效果及其对生活质量的影响.方法 选取该院2016年8月~2017年5月收治的冠心病患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例.对照组患者采用常规护理方法,观察组行综合护理干预.比较两组患者对护理工作的满意度及生活质量情况.结果 观察组患者对护理工作满意度明显高于对照组,身体健康、心理健康等生活质量指标评分均高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05) .结论 采用综合护理方法对冠心病患者进行护理,不仅可提高患者对护理满意度,也能改善患者的生活质量.

abstractsObjective To exp1ore the effect of comprehensive nursing care on the qua1ity of 1ife of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A tota1 of 80 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the hospita1 from August 2016 to May 2017 were se1ected and random1y divided into observation group and contro1 group, 40 cases of each. The patients in the contro1 group were given routine nursing, and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction and qua1ity of 1ife were compared between the two groups. Results Pa-tients in the observation group were significant1y more satisfied with their nursing work than those in the contro1 group, and their scores of qua1ity of 1ife indicators such as physica1 hea1th and menta1 hea1th were a11 higher than those in the contro1 group. The difference between the two groups was statistica11y significant ( P<0. 05) . Conclusions Adopting comprehensive nursing method to nursing patients with coronary heart disease can not on1y improve patientsˊsatisfaction with nursing, but a1so improve the qua1ity of 1ife of patients.
