摘要目的 了解精神科专科护士在接受培训期间的学习需求,为制定更加完善的培训方案提供参考和依据.方法 采用集体交谈法对12名省级精神科专科护士进行集体焦点访谈.结果 在理论教学方面反馈提炼出2个主题,包括理论课程设计与内容、理论和实习时间分配.在临床轮转实习方面反馈提炼出3个主题,包括带教方式的多样性、多点实习的赞同感、知识的更新.在培训的收获与建议方面提炼出2个主题,包括论文写作的帮助性、增加分享交流的机会.结论 该省精神科专科护士学员对护理科研相关技能培训、评判性思维能力的培养、多点实习的意愿较强.

abstractsObjective To understand the learning needs of psychiatric nurses during the training period, and to provide reference and basis for formulating more perfect training programs.Methods Collective focus interviews were conducted with 12 provincial psychiatric nurses. Results In terms of theoretical teaching, two topics were extracted from the feedback, including theoretical course design and content, theory and practice time allocation. Three themes were extracted from the feedback of clinical rotation practice, including the diversity of teaching methods, the sense of approval of multi-point practice, and the updating of knowledge. In terms of training gains and suggestions, two themes were extracted, including the helpfulness of paper writing and increasing opportunities for sharing and communication. Conclusions Psychiatric nurses in this province have a strong willingness to train skills related to nursing scientific re-search, cultivate critical thinking ability, and practice in many places.
