摘要目的 探讨前馈控制管理理念应用于老年白内障连台手术安全管理对护理安全隐患及风险事件的影响.方法 选取2015年6月~2016年5月该院手术室连台手术收治的行常规安全管理的老年白内障手术患者80例作为对照组,另选取2016年6月~2017年5月该院手术室连台手术收治的行前馈控制管理理念的老年白内障手术患者80例作为观察组.比较两组安全隐患、风险事件发生情况及并发症发生率.结果 观察组手术排序错误、手术器械缺陷、病理标本污染、室内消毒不合格、感染、患者监护不当发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组风险事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组角膜水肿、暂时性高眼压、眼内出血、毒性眼前节综合征、人工晶体移位、术后眼内炎发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 前馈控制管理理念应用于老年白内障连台手术安全管理可有效减轻护理安全隐患,减少风险事件的发生,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用.

abstractsObjective To explore the effect of feedforward control management concept on nursing safety risks and risk events in elderly cataract operation.Methods From June 2015 to May 2016, 80 cases of senile cataract sur-gery patients admitted to the operating room of the hospital for combined operation and received routine safety manage-ment were selected as the control group.In addition, 80 cases of senile cataract surgery patients with feed-forward con-trol and management concept admitted to the operating room of the hospital from June 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the observation group.The incidence of safety risks, risk events and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of surgical sequencing error, surgical instrument defect, pathological specimen contami-nation, unqualified indoor disinfection, infection and improper patient care in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05) . The incidence of risk events in the observa- tion group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) . The in-cidence of corneal edema, temporary high intraocular pressure, intraocular hemorrhage, toxic anterior segment syn-drome, intraocular lens displacement and postoperative endophthalmitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences ( P<0.05). Conclusions The application of feed-forward control management concept in the safety management of senile cataract surgery combined with operation can effectively reduce nursing safety risks, reduce the occurrence of risk events, and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
