摘要目的 探讨多维度协同护理对老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者负性情绪、疼痛状况的影响.方法选取该院2015年1月~2017年1月收治的老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者67例作为研究对象.依据护理手段差异将其分为对照组33例和研究组34例.对照组接受院内常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础之上采用多维度协同护理.比较两组患者心理状态、疼痛程度、疼痛频率以及满意度.结果 护理前两组患者心理状态及疼痛状况比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0. 05) ;护理后研究组患者汉密顿焦虑量表( Hamilon Anxiety Scale,HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表( Hamilon Depressin Scale,HAMD)评分以及疼痛程度、疼痛频率等指标均优于护理前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0. 05) ;研究组患者对护理人员的服务态度、技能水平、心理支持以及病房环境等方面满意度评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0. 05) .结论 老年带状疱疹患者实施多维度协同护理,可有效改善患者负性情绪及疼痛状况,值得在临床推广应用.

abstractsObjective To observe the improvements of multi-dimension collaborative nursing care in the nega-tive emotion and pain degree for elderly postherpetic neuralgia patients. Methods A total of 67 elderly postherpetic neuralgia patients treated from January 2015 to January 2017 in this hospital were selected. According to the difference of nursing methods, they were divided into 33 cases in the control group and 34 cases in the research group. The control group received routine nursing in the hospital. The research group adopted multi-dimensional collaborative nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Psychological status, pain degree, pain frequency and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The psychological state and pain in the first two groups were compared, and the differences were not statistically significant ( P>0. 05). After nursing, Hamilon Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score, Hamilon Depres-sin Scale ( HAMD) score, pain degree, pain frequency and other indicators of the patients in the research group were superior to those in the control group and before nursing, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0. 05). The satisfaction scores of attitude, skill level, psychological support, ward environment of patients to nurses in the re-search group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0. 05) . Conclusions The implementation of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing for elderly patients with shin-gles can effectively improve the negative emotions and pain of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
